All Kelly & Teachers' Memorial MS students and their families with an interest in taking up or continuing their music education are encouraged to attend the After-school Music Open House taking place this Wednesday September 26 at 6pm at Kelly Middle School: 25 Mahan Drive.
Norwich Public School music teachers will present an overview of the after-school instrumental music program and answer any questions families may have.
Students will have the opportunity to try different instruments and families will be able to rent an instrument that night.

The Foundation's Art Auction and Wine Tasting takes place on Saturday September 22, 2012 from 7pm-9pm at NFA's Frank Center for Visual & Performing Arts. The auction will feature the works of renowned artists with Norwich ties including Bill Diodato, Gabe Lipman and Joseph Gualtieri. Photographs / Paintings / Sculptures will be available at auction starting from just $25.

Norwich Public Schools Education Foundation is pleased to announce the creation of the 'Choose NPS Teachers' Donor Program.
1) Parents, community members and businesses will view lists, organized by school, grade and teacher, on www.NPSEducationFoundation.org.
2) There will be a list for each participating NPS teacher and each list will include items that particular NPS teacher would like to utilize in his/her classroom.
Norwich Public Schools Education Foundation is pleased to announce it will award ten (10) $100 Mini-Grants intended to assist NPS teachers in improving student achievement. All NPS teachers are encouraged to apply.
Simply provide your responses to the following items in the body of an email:
1. Provide a detailed description of your proposal.
2. How will the grant improve and impact student achievement?
3. How will you measure the success of the grant?
- Successful responses will clearly articulate all three items above.

Foundation Tag Sale: Saturday July 7 at Wequonnoc School. Gently worn Norwich Public School uniforms will be available for purchase. Early Bird Special: $5: 8am-9am / Free admission: 9am - 1pm. There will be Avon products as well as fresh baked goods for sale as well.
